Soaring 31 floors high, atop The St. Regis Toronto, LOUIX LOUIS is a mystical spot. Its interior mimics a crystal whiskey glass, reflecting Toronto’s distillery heritage. The dramatic two-story Grand Bar features 500+ dark spirits—one of the largest collections in North America. Local artist Madison van Rijn’s 60-ft mural celebrates Canadian whisky, inviting guests to savour forgotten classics and rediscover the art of conversation.
